Designation Eligibility Application

United Way of Calvert County (UWCC) provides the opportunity for 501(c)3 organizations addressing an identified community or health and human service need in Calvert County to apply for eligibility to receive designations from the United Way campaign.

Applicants must complete a Designation Eligibility Application & Agreement online and submit accompanying required documents on an annual basis to qualify for designations from the UWCC campaign. Decisions are recommended by the UWCC Community Impact Committee and approved by the Board of Directors based on the organization’s ability to meet the designations eligibility criteria, submit a complete application, and show financial stability.
 


Application Available: Monday, April 3, 2017

Application Deadline: Monday, May 1, 2017 5:00 pm

 

Applicants will be notified of the UWCC Board of Directors' decision after July 5, 2016.

 

Incomplete applications - or any applications received after Monday, May 1, 2017 - will not be eligible for consideration in UWCC's 2017-18 Campaign.
