UWCC Contribution Form

Calvert County United Way accepts all forms of charitable contributions. You can either call (410-286-0100) Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and give us your credit card donation over the phone or fill out the form below, print out this page and mail it to the address provided.

Note: In the rare case that a designation is made to an agency that discontinues services, the contribution will be forwarded to an agency providing similar services.
