UPDATE: Donations for Chesapeake Beach Fire Victims

Generous donations poured in from the community in support of those affected by the April 3 fire in Chesapeake Beach. Agencies are NOW AT CAPACITY and are NO LONGER ACCEPTING PHYSICAL ITEMS like clothing, food, household items, etc.

Once all fire victims are placed in housing, agencies will announce the types of items that may be needed. Until that time, we encourage you to continue sharing monetary donations.

* Household items and other donations will be handled by Southern Maryland Tri-County Community Action once housing is secured for the individuals impacted. More details will be available on specific needs pending those arrangements.
